Charles co-founded Retirement & Money Strategies, a financial services practice in 2011 with his partner Albert D'Agosto.  Charles works with clients to produce written plans to help identify and provide solutions to the challenges they face in retirement.  Charles started his financial services career as Executive Vice President and CFO of a private telecommunications company serving customers throughout the Northeast.  Charles’ background also includes 15 years as an Engineer for AT&T.  His advice helps guide clients in the six areas of personal finance: Cash flow, Investments, Insurance, Retirement, Taxes and Estate Planning.  He lectures extensively on Social Security retirement benefit planning and has incorporated this as a specialty in his practice.  Charles holds an associates degree in electronics from the RCA Institute of Technology, New York, NY and a certificate in personal financial planning from Manchester Community College, Manchester, CT.  He is a past Vice President of the Tolland Public Library Foundation.  Charles lives in Stonington Connecticut with his wife Sidney.  Their three boys are each pursuing individual careers. One as a transportation engineer for the State of Connecticut; one as a musician and the youngest as a graduate of film and digital media at Eastern Connecticut State University.
